All projects are custom-scoped and individually quoted based on shoot requirements, crew, and post-production scope. To receive a quote, get in touch via the contact page.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking and commence pre-production. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon final delivery.
If a project is cancelled after pre-production has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly.
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Refunds are not issued once final deliverables have been delivered. All project scope, expectations, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing during pre-production — delivery of the agreed output constitutes fulfilment of the project.
Two rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge. Revision Round 1 covers reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. Revision Round 2 covers minor refinements from Round 1. Major structural changes, concept overhauls, or requests beyond Round 2 will be quoted separately. Raw footage is not included unless agreed upon in writing prior to production.
Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content across their social media, digital platforms, and promotional channels. Real Motion Productions retains the right to use footage and final edits for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
